Platter (available at https://platter.bitroot.org) is a paid subscription service offered by Bitroot. The following refund terms apply to all Platter subscription plans, including the Annual Plan and Insider Plan:
Bitroot uses Razorpay as its third-party payment gateway to process all payments, including both domestic (India) and international transactions, for Platter subscriptions and applicable Bitroot services.
International payments are processed in USD via Razorpay's international payment acceptance. Domestic payments within India are processed in INR.
Bitroot does not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security policies.
